END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR PHOTO ENHANCE AI

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Appillon LTD. ("Company") regarding the use of the Photo Enhance AI application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

  • The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • You may not distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the App.

2. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • The App offers a monthly subscription for premium features.
  • Subscription prices vary by country and are displayed in the App Store before purchase.
  • Payments are processed via Apple’s in-app purchase system.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

3. Refund Policy

  • Users may request a refund within 15 days of purchase, provided that no more than 5 image enhancement operations have been performed.
  • Refund requests must be made through Apple’s support system.

4. Prohibited Use

  • Users are strictly prohibited from using the App to enhance or process illegal, sexually explicit, child exploitation, or content prohibited under U.S. laws.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

  • The App does not link user-uploaded images to personally identifiable information.
  • IP tracking is only performed for detecting and preventing prohibited content usage.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App.
  • If the App malfunctions and fewer than 5 enhancements have been performed, users may request a refund.
  • The Company does not store enhanced or original images for more than 30 days. It is the user’s responsibility to download and store their processed images.

7. Commercial Use Restriction

  • The App is for personal use only. If commercial use is detected, the Company reserves the right to limit or suspend the user’s subscription.

8. Termination

  • The Company may suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates the terms outlined in this Agreement.
